I-RELIEF® Hot/Cold Eye Therapy Mask

I-RELIEF^® Therapy Masks contain temperature-retaining ThermaBeads^™ that naturally hydrate the eyes through deep-penetrating and long-lasting heat/cold therapy. It is recommended for the relief of symptoms associated with blepharitis, dry eye disease, meibomian gland disease (MGD), styes and chalazia. The mask's cold therapy is used to  treat eye-strain headaches, sinus pressure, tension, eye swelling and puffiness.

The I-RELIEF^® Therapy Mask is latex-free and has a contouring shape with an adjustable elastic strap for proper compression and a comfortable fit. It is made of a soft cloth fabric and comes with a machine-washable slipcover to remove oils, dirt and leftover makeup. 

How to use: 

• Insert I-RELIEF^® mask inside the protective slipcover (optional) and place flat on a clean microwave-safe dish (heat therapy) or sealed plastic bag (cold therapy)
• Heat in microwave on HIGH for 20 seconds (heat therapy) or place in the freezer for 30 minutes (cold therapy)
• Test the mask's temperature with fingers before applying to ensure it is not too hot or too cold
• With eyes closed, place I-RELIEF^® mask on eyelids and secure with strap. Leave mask on for 3-5 minutes (hot therapy), 5-7 minutes (cold therapy), or as directed by your physician. 
• Hand wash with cold water and mild detergent only
