Originally from Winnipeg, MB, Dr. Reena Sud graduated from the University of Waterloo School of Optometry in 2010, with honours. She settled in Toronto with her husband and has since enjoyed the culture and community that Leslieville offers. Her dream of opening her own practice and her passion for the Leslieville community brought her to open Leslieville Optometry. During her optometry training, Dr. Sud completed an externship in Detroit, Michigan at the Veterans Affairs Hospital. There she had the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the management of ocular diseases such as diabetic retinopathy, age related macular degeneration, dry eyes and glaucoma. She also travelled to Mexico to complete a mission trip providing eye exams to those without access to ocular services. Dr. Sud is trained to help patients of all ages; however, she has a special interest in children’s eye care to help identify preventable vision loss, such as seen in amblyopia. In her spare time, Dr.Sud enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 young children, as well as travelling when she gets the chance! You may run into her Toronto Yoga Mamas class or enjoying a meal with her family at one of her favourite neighbourhood spots: Descendant Pizza, Bonjour Brioche, Alice Marie or Hailed Coffee.

Dr. Debbie Yeh is a University of Waterloo School of Optometry graduate who has provided eyecare services in family-oriented practices for 15+ years. She works with her patients to find solutions for their unique visual needs using glasses, contact lenses or laser eye surgery as options to enhance their vision. Alongside helping her patients manage a wide variety of eye diseases, Dr. Yeh also routinely provides vision training. She thoroughly enjoys working with patients of all ages and from diverse backgrounds. Dr. Yeh is also fluent in three languages: English, Mandarin and Min-nan. During her time off, you'll often find Dr. Yeh spending time outdoors, dancing, or going on long bike rides around the neighbourhood.

Dr. Aviva Levman graduated with distinction from the University of Waterloo, earning a Doctor of Optometry degree. She is deeply passionate about eyecare and is committed to ensuring that each patient receives personalized attention and the best possible treatments to maintain and improve their ocular health. During her training, Dr.Levman completed an ocular disease rotation in North Bay, gaining extensive experience in diagnosing and managing a wide variety of ocular conditions, from common refractive errors to complex ocular diseases. In her spare time, she enjoys living an active lifestyle. She also loves to travel, read, and spend quality time with her family and friends.

Dr. Dhruvi Patel graduated with distinction from the University of Waterloo. During her final year of training, she completed clinical rotations in both Brantford, Ontario, and Calgary, Alberta, gaining valuable experience providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages. Her clinical interests are centered around primary care optometry. Dr. Patel is committed to delivering evidence-based, personalized care and takes pride in dedicating time to patient education, ensuring individuals feel informed and confident in their ocular health. Outside the clinic, Dr. Patel enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends or unwinding by binge-watching a good TV show.
